Refund policy
1. Returns and Exchanges Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
If any of these conditions are not met, your return request will be rejected.
3. Steps for Returns/Exchanges:
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at sophieyan@ranshitech.com to request the exchange/return.
Step 2: Upon receipt of your exchange/return request, our customer service representative will email you the exchange/return instructions and the exchange/return address. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with some photos as return materials. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Step 3: You will receive a refund within 10 business days or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange.

4. About refund amount and return shipping fee
I. Returns/Exchanges Due to Seller's Responsibility (e.g., wrong item shipped, quality issues)
After confirmation by customer service, and provided the item is unused and meets requirements, the processing method is as follows:
For Returns:
Refund Amount: 100% of the amount actually paid.
Return Shipping Fee: Borne by the seller.
For Exchanges:
Refund Amount: 100% of the amount actually paid
Return Shipping Fee: Borne by the seller.
Re-shipping Fee (for the new item): Borne by the seller.
II. Returns/Exchanges Due to Buyer's Preference (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size/color chosen)
After confirmation by customer service, and provided the item is unused and meets requirements, the processing method is as follows:
For Returns:
Refund Amount: 100% of the amount actually paid.
Return Shipping Fee: Borne by the buyer.
For Exchanges:
Return Shipping Fee: Borne by the buyer.
Re-shipping Fee (for the new item): Borne by the buyer.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for sale items. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
7. Exchanges Policy:
We will replace the product for you and cover the shipping costs for retuning and resending, and our customer service representative will email you the instructions and the return address to return the product which has a problem as following :
1) The product cannot be used normally due to defects or malfunctions;
2) We delivered the wrong product;
3) Some parts or accessories are missing;
4) The product you purchased was damaged upon receipt;
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
